Originated from TrueCover's health insurance claims processing challenge. Manual document review averaged 40 minutes per claim across 40+ document classes. We built an AI system combining computer vision and LLMs to extract structured data from handwritten, scanned, and digital documents. 8× faster processing. Client-specific JSON schema output. Human-in-the-loop validation. Now expanded to KYC, passports, and multi-sector document extraction.
